Project Description:

Community Planning Strategies (CPS) partnered with Catamount Studio to assist the Town of Silver Plume, Colorado, in creating a strategic plan and project evaluation framework. This initiative aims to propel community projects forward in Silver Plume, a small town often grappling with the challenge of managing various projects, priorities, and community requirements against a backdrop of limited human and financial resources. This effort involved working intimately with the Silver Plume Board of Trustees and local residents, focusing on identifying both present and future needs. A significant outcome of this project was the development of a methodology that allows the town to effectively assess and prioritize projects, ensuring an optimal use of its scarce resources.
